The Book Trade Charity
This charity offers help and support, financial and emotional, to those who work in the book industry or their dependents. They can offer help at critical times. They also run The Retreat, which provides a home with like-minded people in retirement. Sales of Books donated by the industry are held at The Retreat ( corner of Gallows Hill/Abbots Road, Abbots Langley, Herts WD4 8LT ).
